Quick Update!

Just a quick update. I didn't go training in the end as the arm was too sore and I really didn't want to go against the medical advice. I was feeling a bit sorry for myself and began my reload day a little early it's not good. I feel like I'm letting myself down lately and so need to get back on track. It's probably the worst time to be straying since I'm on a muscle building phase eating carbs if too many and of the wrong sort then it wont be long before I start looking the way I use to which would be the worst thing possible. I'll be back with the training on Monday and I intend to incorporate some CV and interval work because it has been seriously lacking. I'll keep you updated. Cheers

Question, so, throughout your transformation, how strict have you watched what you eat? Do you count calories at all? or just stick to the guidelines? Have you eliminated all bread and pasta from your diet?

Sorry for not replying sooner Dave but I've been ill, caught some sort of virus doing the rounds so haven't been training and obviously doing the customory confort eating. Whilst doing TNT and this is especially true within the plan A eating and fatloss programs I never counted calories. I just followed the principles and guidelines of the program and most importantly coupled that with the exercise plan. These two elements together are very effective. I hope this answers your question and apologies for the late reply as you can see I haven't updated my blog for a few days now. Will get back on track in my muscle building phase and try to keep a more updated and informative blog. Cheers
