Hi everyone.
I'm three weeks into the new regime now and it's going well. It's tough but I know I'm getting alot of benefit from both the Hypertrophy II sessions and of course the cycling. The cycling in particular is quite hard at the moment with the weather, it being dark, wet and cold. I just know that as the weather improves so will the experience. Part of the reason I want to cycle as many days as I can is that I am trying to prepare for a charity cycle ride in June so need to get the practice in. I'm not what I would call a cyclist. This is my challenge this year to do the ride and do it well. To do that I need to get some regular miles in to get use to it. Anyway that's the reason why for the cycling. I'll keep you updated.

Belated New Year Catch Up!
So, what's been happening? Well alot actually. After vegging out over Christmas I have recently started a new program Hypertrophy II of NROL. I completed my first full week of this (3 sessions) this past week. I've started up with the cyclying again as well which has been a bit of a shock to the system as I've done a full week (5 days) over the past week. In terms of mileage it's not too bad just over 6 miles there and obviously the same coming back. The difficult part is that whilst it's downhill the majority of the way to work it's nearly all uphill all the way back. One hill in particular is over 3.5 miles long with some very steep variations in gradient from silly to ridiculious. Anyway that's all for now. As ever I'll try and keep you mor updated and at some point get some new piccys up.
Cheers.
Cheers.
